ROOM is reimagining the modern workspace and thinking outside the cubicle to build thoughtful, affordable solutions that improve life at work and build to a brighter future.
In their approach to solving problems for a better and modern workplace, we collaborate to design and develop a new kind of shared space from scratch.
The Meeting Room creates a more connected experience that inspires a better way to work, together. It’s intentionally designed to create more meaningful one-on-ones and small team collaborative work, without any additional construction.
From sustainable soundproof walls to the added option of a built-in monitor and 180-degree VC camera, the Meeting Room is the missing link to a more productive work environment.

COLOR, MATERIAL AND FINISH
An inspiring room requires the right balance between lighting, comfort, and materials.
After an in-depth analysis of the market and to be as sustainable as possible, we explored many shapes and concepts after finding that perfect balance.
Take advantage of recycled plastic bottles to insulate acoustic panels, restrict the use of glue to give materials a second life after use, and find harmony in colors; where some of our tasks to make the meeting room a perfect place to discuss the future.
